First, determine which proxy type your software supports. Then register in your personal account, submit a test request via the menu button, enter your IP address in the settings, and activate the request. Finally, contact our support with your username and the proxy type you plan to use.

Yes. Two packages are available, each with its own thread limit. If you use 2 IPs in a package, divide the total threads by 2 to stay within limits. Accounts with excessive activity will be suspended pending investigation. Note: packages and their thread limits do not stack.
Everything is managed in your personal account. After registering and purchasing a package, enter your IP address in the settings to activate. For IPv4 & SOCKS5 packages, activation takes up to 5 minutes.

The free test is issued once before purchase. If you need a second test, you can easily obtain one by leaving a review.
A refund is available within the first 30 minutes after purchase if you selected the wrong package. In that case, the package will be stopped and the amount returned to your account balance. Refunds are not available in other circumstances — that is why we offer a free test before any purchase.
No. We only offer mixed packages in bulk quantities — individual proxy purchases are not available.
