Frequently asked

Questions about IPrazon proxies

My account won't activate - what now?

If activation isn't going through, message us using the contacts on this site and we'll help you get it sorted.

Are your proxies a good fit for my task?

We can't predict every scenario up front, so we let you find out for yourself: a free test of up to 2 hours is available before purchase, sized to your request.

How do I start a free test?

Pick the proxy type your software needs, sign up in your dashboard, send a test request from the menu, add your IP in the settings and activate it. Then message support with your login and the proxy type you'll use.

Which proxy list formats can I get?

Two, whichever suits you - IP:PORT or IP:PORT:LOGIN:PASS.

What's inside the proxy pool?

Between 3,000 and 5,000 exclusive double-protected networks plus 12,000 subnets - available only inside the IPrazon service.

Is there a cap on packages per account?

None at all - buy as many packages as you need under a single account.

Do the packages have thread limits?

Each of the two packages carries its own thread limit. Running 2 IPs on a package? Halve the total threads to stay within bounds. Accounts showing unusual activity are paused until we review them, and note that packages and their thread limits don't add together.

How do I connect?

It's all handled in your dashboard: after you register and buy a package, enter your IP in the settings to activate. The IPv4 & SOCKS5 package goes live within about 5 minutes.

Can I filter proxies by country?

No - the pool is a worldwide mix spanning countries across the globe, not filtered by one country.

How are payments made?

Everything runs through your dashboard - pick an amount and a top-up method that works for you to fund your balance.

Which proxy checker should I use?

We suggest the Zennolab proxy checker - it comes with a free demo you can test with.

How often does the proxy list refresh?

Every 15 minutes - we'd suggest matching that interval when you re-check for new proxies.

What proxy types are supported?

With the IPv4 & SOCKS5 package you can use SOCKS4 or SOCKS5, whichever you prefer - we'd go with SOCKS5.

How many proxies are live at once?

Active proxies stay in the range of 12,000 per day.

How is the proxy list delivered?

Your dashboard gives two choices: grab a direct link or download the list as a file.

Which countries does the list cover?

The IPv4 & SOCKS5 package is a worldwide mix - addresses from many countries around the globe.

How many IPs can I bind?

Each package covers binding for 2 IP addresses at the same time.

What if my IP is dynamic?

You can change your bound IP whenever you like - straight from the active package settings in your dashboard, with no limit on how often.

How many free tests can I get?

One free test before purchase. Need another? You can get a repeat test in exchange for a review.

Do you have a money-back option?

If you chose the wrong package, you can get the amount back within the first 30 minutes after purchase - we stop the package and return it to your balance in your IPrazon dashboard. Otherwise refunds aren't available - that is what the free test before purchase is for.

Can I buy proxies one at a time?

No - we only sell mixed packages in bulk; buying proxies individually isn't available.
